COVID-19 Safety Plan

  1. Entry Plan: This plan provides information on arrival, departure, and daily health checks.
  1. Arrival Procedures

We will adjust our arrival/drop-off procedures to limit the amount of people in the building.  We will check-in students outside of the building during class drop-off times.  We will encourage all individuals to practice social distancing during this drop-off period.  Our classes arrive at varied times, this will continue through this school year.  Staff will sign-in students upon arrival to limit the exchange of pens and tablet contact.

  • Health Screenings

Guardians/Parents will assess their children at home before arrival at school for their child’s class time for COVID-19 related symptoms based on COVID-19 Symptom List that will be shared with all families.  Families will agree to screen their children before their child’s class time. Should their child exhibit any COVID-19 related symptoms, parents will agree not to administer any medications to their child before sending their child to school, or send their child to school if their child is experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms. This will be confirmed in signing the PHCP COVID-19 Parental Consent Form.
